Last weekend we had a BBQ and came up with THE ULTIMATE SLIDER!!! A Pork & Beef Burger spiced up Mexican Style, covered with cheese, served on a homemade Jalapeno Cornbread muffin with some mustard, lettuce, red onion & tomato.... that's good BBQ!!!
my only comment would be the lack of pickle as I am a huge fan of pickles on burgers. Having said that, a pickle may not be suitable for such a masterpiece...therefore, I would like to see thinly sliced peperoncinis melted into the cheese... but that's just me... :)
