CANADA: TIME TO VOTE

In a few short days Canada once again heads to the polls to vote for Government and with so many awesome choices for leader of our great nation… it should be a no-brainer for voting, right? Right? Hello… is this thing on?

Anyway, Voting Day is January, 23, 2006 so do your part and vote, at least it gives you a right to complain until the next election!

DINE OUT VANCOUVER!

It's time for one of our favorite activities in the city... DINE OUT VANCOUVER! Basically 144 restaurants produce a special menu for either $15, $25 or $35 (which includes an appetizer, main course and dessert) which highlights some of their favorite dishes and you can eat for a special price instead of going for an extremely expensive meal. It's a great way to try some of the more high fallootin' joints in town without breaking the bank. Last year Michelle and I went to WEST, STAR ANISE and QUATTRO (just to see what the family did for Dine Out) and it was a great experience. I highly recommend it but book now, it was just announced and some places are already sold out! Don't miss out on this great Foody Experience!!!

My cousin Pietro and his lovely wife Yani welcomed their daughter Isabella to the world. Michelle and I are going to visit them in Florida sometime in 2006 and we couldn't be happier to see another member of the extended Corsi family (a Giardini in this case) join the clan.
